foods~



-a bowl of red grapes, another bowl of salad(lettuces+spinach+mini tomatoes+mixed nuts) and a glass of water
If I continue eating like this, can I get slimmer?

btw,these are the things I had eaten last holiday.



top left- creamy-salmon-pasta-xbape jadi, strawberry drenched in milk, sup sayur
top right- bread+cheese, strawberry+banana, a mug of milk
middle left- an open sandwich(egg+lettuce+tomatoes+cheese), banana+strawberry, a mug of milk
middle right- plain white rice+nattou furikake, miso shiru, omelete with nira, apples
bottom left- white rice, sup sayur, omelette+nira, strawberries
bottom right- open sandwich(tuna+lettuce+tomatoes+cheese), a mug of milk

omelette+nira sangat sedap~! n nattou no furikake pun sedap~macam nattou betul!
