Bento-ing.


bento first timer.
nasi with yukari n nori, stirfry sawi with sakura ebi, ayam tandoori lebihan malam before, burger tofu yang xjadi.


Walaupun aku dah agak stop slow buat bento ni, tapi rasa nya tak terlambat lagi kalau aku buat entry pasal bento-bento yang berjaya aku buat dan makan serta selamat dicernakan

Dah lama nak bawak bento pegi kelas tapi bebaru ni baru ada sebab ( which sebab tu dah tak de balik dah tu pasal aku dah slow buat tu)

maa~bento ni kalau dalam bahasa kita, BEKAL. Boleh dikatakan hampir semua Japanese bawak bento samada pegi kelas atau pegi kerja. Masakan rumah adalah:
  • selamat
  • murah,boleh save duit.
  • sedap
Jepun plak suke menda-menda comel-comel. so bento dorang esp yang perempuan punye, comel-comel. kadang kadang, tak payah hias pelik pelik susah susah just pakai lauk biasa pun dah jadi comel. tak reti masak pun boleh buat punye!


bento nasi goreng.
nasi goreng, tamagoyaki (cara buat sila rujuk entry ni), cheese broccoli, stirfry sakura ebi ngan crabstick.


2,3 tips on `membuat bento comel` (ikut majalah yang aku baca la)
- Nutrien kena balance! kena ada carbo, protein, lemak dan sayur/buah buahan.
-It have/ought/must to be easy to prepare. sebab bento ni buat pagi. pagi= sibuk.
-SEDAP. xsemestinye kena ada tempura atau ebi fry baru sedap. DAN MENARIK. sebab bento ni biasanye sejuk bukan makan panas2 so kalau x menarik, xnaik la selera makan. even kalau buat tuk diri sendiri, kena rajinkan diri hias sket. perasaan mase bukak tutup bento tu, penting!. bayang kan kalau main sumbat aja. lapar lapar time lunch tu bukak tutup bento, nampak semacam bercampur aja, xke hilang selera makan?
-make sure sume makanan sejuk baru tutup bento. tuk elak dari ada moisture yang boleh mempercepatkan proses pemburukan makanan. nanti senang sakit perut.
-jangan bagi ada ruang kosong. supaya makanan x bercampur. for this purpose, boleh pakai food separators atau pakai cawan kertas. personally, aku prefer pakai silikon cups sebab eko. =)
-guna bahan bahan mentah semaksimum yang mungkin. leftovers are best for bento! pastu lebihan-lebihan buat bento tu boleh makan as sarapan atau simpan for future use.
-kalau boleh, prepare awal awal. aku ada stok frozen broccoli, ayam goreng etc yang tunggu tuk didefrost sebelum disumbat kedalam bento. jimat masa.

kelebihan bento ni dari pendapat aku la
  1. save duitttttttt!!!!
  2. nutrien balance. ni sangat penting esp for students. kalau kat mesia boleh je pegi mana-mana gerai and beli nasi campur, tapi kalau yang kat overseas yang kena masak sendiri? malas-malas, nasi dengan telur goreng aja. sayur mayur xde terus.
  3. portion control. penting tuk elak overeating.
  4. boleh nak bajet comel la ngan bawak bento ni.hahaha
  5. boleh nak bajet terrer masak.



bento express.siap within 10minutes.
nasi putih sprinkled with salmon+black pepper, express tamagoyaki, boiled broccoli, kamabok chikuwa rebus stuffed with cucumber, stuffed pepper and tomatoes


so far for future uses insya ALLAH, aku invest in a few books on bento-ing dan jugak beli barang-barang cam silicon cups dan food cutters etc. tak yah usha yang mahal-mahal. beli aja kat Daiso atau mana-mana 100yen shop.
next time aku tulis pasal macam mana nak save masa time bento-ing dan menda-menda aka tools yang boleh kita guna. insya allah. nak aku tulis recipes yang mudah-mudah skali ke? ke ada request nak aku tulis pasal ape next? insya ALLAH aku try tulis stakat yang aku mampu.

did I missed something or am I going to miss something?


13 Going On 30 (known as Suddenly 30 in Australia is a 2004 romantic comedy film starring Jennifer Garner. It has a similar premise to the films Wish Upon a Star, and Freaky Friday, in which girls' souls were swapped into different bodies, as well as the classic short story, Rip Van Winkle, in which a young person falls asleep and wakes up many years later as an older person. Unlike the film Big, Vice Versa, and 14 Going on 30, in which boys were physically transformed into adult men, in this film a 13-year-old girl appears to skip 17 years of her life, and wakes up as a successful magazine editor in the future. It was produced by Revolution Studios for Columbia Pictures.

Start start aja dah terus bagi kopipaste review movie. ape kes? Altho agak lambat baru aku nak tengok movie ni, but it worth it. Boleh Dah masuk dalam senarai movie fave r.

I am not going to write a review based on the movie coz the movie is not a new one and I bet most of people had watched it. so skipped the review.

Basicly, I watched downloaded the movie coz I was bored while downloading 500 days of Summer ( which I havent finish watching it yet). Download dengan perasaan nak tengok time time bosan takde menda nak tengok.
BUT alas!
tertengok jugak mase dinner weekend lepas.
memula ingat citer chic flick besa besa (I love chic flick!!!!)
but then, The movie made me realized something.

"What IF in order to achive something that I thought will going to make me happy, ACTUALLY is not the real happiness I wanted"

"What IF I made a mistake that I dont even realize it"

People always say "Follow YOUR heart"
but what should I do when MY heart lead me to something that will make me sad/unhappy?

I just want to lead a content and happy life. NORMAL life. Meet a guy who loves me very much, fall in love, good job, nice simple car, marry someone who loves me, have a small but happy family which spends thier time together bla bla bla. in other words, I wanna have a happy normal family.
THAT is what MY head wants.

But my heart wants a total different life

Not really full with drama, but something happening. have a high paying job, drove at least a mini cooper or beetle, travel overseas every year or live there, lead a busy life, pakai maid, etc etc.

My head wants me to stop waiting for that someone while my heart wants me to bear with it for a little bit more. It is hard when you know you love/like someone and cant say it to him. bertepuk sebelah tangan. dah 5 tahun maybe? and you dont know what do he really thinks about you. am I only his childhood friend or someone he knew or just a friend or someone that is special or whatever?
That`s why my head wants me to stop waiting for him and move on but my heart wants to wait for a bit more.
(I think this is the 1st time I write about this. He knows about my blog although I dont really sure whether he is still reading mine or not)

IF I follow my head, what kind of things I am going to have and what kind of things I am going to miss? and what if I follow my heart.

Macam dalam movie ni, Jenna got all that she dreamt of. Being popular, prom queen, glam job, for-her-handsome-boyfriend-but-for-me-MATT-is-much-more-hansome etc etc. but she have no real friends and she lost the love of her life. lucky for her as she had another chance to change it back, when I dont and never will.
What if I had already lost someone who had loving me as long as he had knew me? What if I had busted the chances given to me? What should I do in order to get it back? I have no wishing dusts or wishing upon meteor wont help me. and i dont want to go back to the past. for some reason.
while writing this, I realized that, whatever happened in my life, I have to bear with it and because of it, my life is different with others`. I just have to live life and never regret with whatever deccission I am going to make or already made. Carpe Diem.

Tamago Yaki cara Amalina Aisyah

Marilah kita belajar cara-cara membuat Tamago Yaki~
Tamago Yaki yang aku buat mungkin tak sama dengan yang ada jual kat kedai.
but still, tamago yaki la.
Ni resepi I had learned when I went to homestay during my first summer in Japan

You need;

Telur, Tamago, Eggs
- kuantiti ikut banyak mana yang korang nak buat. Aku usually pakai 2 biji sebab frying pan yang aku ada pun untuk 2 biji telur skali masak.

Frying Pan Khas tuk buat tamago yaki.
It is rectangular in shape. boleh didapati di mana mana supermarket/department store/kedai kedai di jepun. kat Malaysia and negara lain aku tatau la. internet?
Garam
Gula<- important as recipe I use is amai tamago yaki (sweet egg roll)
minyak tuk elak melekat. Kalau pan dah non-stick, tak yah letak minyak la.

cara cara membuat nya~


Pecah kan telur.


Kacau the telurs and add in a pinch of salt and gula dalam sesudu besar kalau nak buat amai tamago yaki.


Panaskan pan


Put some minyak/butter in. Skip this part if you are using a non stick pan.


Curahkan HALF from the egg mixture into the pan dan ratakan ia. cook it under medium heat unless you want your egg hitam. Bila the telur macam half cook macam dalam gambar, start fold it outward. nak pakai garfu pun boleh, chopstik pun boleh. BTW, instead of this way, you can start by making the egg into scrambled egg first. tapi aku x pernah try la plak cara tu..


fold and fold and fold sampai abes.


bawak the first layer of the egg ke arah handle pan (actually ke mana2 arah pun boleh rasanye,ikut keselesaan diri sendiri), and pour the rest of the mixture.


dan sekali lagi, kita gulungkan ia bila ia dah separuh atau 3 suku masak. ikut kesukaan hati. aku suka telur aku lembut so aku start gulung bila separuh masak.plus time ni senang sikit die nak melekat.


mungkin jadi macam ni. tapi jangan risau, gulung aja sampai abes


macam ni. at this point, biarkan for a while kat pan tu so dia betul2 masak dan melekat. terbalikkan dan biar sampai kaler die jadi keemasan. jangan sampai hangit tau!


bila dah siap, macam ni la rupa die. FYI, by putting sugar into the mixture barulah kuar kaler golden2 tu sebab sugar dalam telur tu caramelised. kalau x suka yang manis, boleh add menda lain. wakame ke, tuna ke, cili ke, etc. stakat ni aku pernah try letak cheese. sedap!


then potong ikut suka. aku potong into bite size sebab time ni buat tuk bento.

afterwords;
-I wont say that making this is easy. but upon practise, insya allah you can do it.

-kalau pakai frying pan biasa, mungkin susah sikit nak kontrol saiz die nak bagi seragam. tapi kalau terdesak gak, try la.

-make sure that the egg wont stick to the pan or you will end up with scrambled egg instead. invest in a good tamago yaki pan yang non stick.

-mase beli pan kan, beli saiz ikut keperluan. kalau masak untuk diri sendiri gurai, beli yang tuk sebijik atau 2 bijik telur dah cukup. xyah beli beso2 sebab kalau nak buat banyak pun just ulang ulang aja.

a few things that I do not really look forward during Winters

1) Lantai yang sejuk- you are sleeping in your warm bed. fluffy bed with 2 layers of futon and a layer of mofu to protect you from the cold. plus a hot-water bottle in disguise of a teddy bear keeping you warm and cosy during the night. best kan? tapi! once bangun, dan kuar dari futon tu, the first thing your body part touches is the floor. It is freaking cold in mornings and nights senang citer hari hari sejuk la. hari tu, masa pindah bilik, I decided that I dont want to use my carpet anymore. sebab mudah kotor. tapi! tapi! lepas beberapa minggu, I found that I cant stand the cold. and I hate to wear slippers in my room. kaki busuk YUCK!

2)kerusi kat kelas yang sejuk- especially kelas yang jarang orang pakai. duduk, aaAA!!!! sejukkKKK!!!! macam nak beku bontot. sebab ni la orang pakai alas kerusi kot. (mengingatkan diri sendiri supaya membawak hizakake ke kelas esok.cukuplah hari ini aku beku di kelas)

3)toilet seat yang beku- yang ada washlet tak yah cakap la. yang biasa. especially time nak kencing. berlari-lari pegi toilet. masuk dan duduk je, arrRRR!!! sejukkkk!!! rasa macam tak mau duduk. guys are lucky

4)saat antara sudah mandi dan pakai baju- mandi ngan air panas (in my case, I usually use hot water at 40 degree) siap masuk furo lagi. badan hokahoka. warm. tapi! bukak je pintu shower tu, a gush of cold wind masuk. pastu nak jalan pegi bilik lagi. sejuk seh! rasa macam tak mo kuar dari shower/furo aja. tak pun, buka pintu shower terus boleh masuk futon yang warm.(say no to futon sejuk)

5)air paip yang freezing- pagi nak wudhuk. blur blur baru bangun. jalan pegi basin yang mana kat hostel aku tak kuar hot water. tadah tangan bawah tap(automatic tap katakan~) kuar la air yang sama sejuk ngan ais.

macam ni:
bangun > 1st shock(kaki terkena lantai sejuk) > 2nd shock (air paip yang sejuk) > 3rd shock ( masuk toilet duduk kat seat yang freezeing cold) > 4th shock ( jarak antara bilik dan tempat cuci muka/toilet)
pagi pagi dah shock 3,4 kali tu~

6)extremely dry air- leads to electric static. sikat rambut pun boleh kuar bunyi pachi pachi pachi. pastu rupa sebijik macam rambut singa. gerebang semacam. to worsen, rambut yang ber static tu attract dust and mende-mende yang differently charged from it. not to say, dry air makes dries my throat.

7) keluar pegi dapur/lawson bila dah gelap- kalau pegi lawson tu logik la jugak nak pakai berlapis lapis. tapi pegi dapur (NNCT`S dapur is located OUTSIDE hostel`s building) nak pakai mafla sume. urgh. lagi lagi pegi dapur LEPAS mandi badan dah hokahoka. tak sukeeee! that explain why I seldom go to dapur during cold periods.
