Carving

I am carving for a creamy,hot,mugful of milk.have been thinking of microwave the milk and then,dunk a piece of creamy belgium milk choc that I bought during my trip to Nagoya earlier this month.
have you ever try Fig jam? I love it! yummy~~~~~
owh! I also carving for soda.coke to be exact.darn.that will ruin my diet -promised to myself that I will not drink soda of any kind for the whole month- >.<
I`ve got to watch my sugar intake. ate rice for dinner twice this week. and almost finished my lil jar of Fig jam.and the amount of bread I`d eaten. the stupid soda and the creamy hot milk I am going to make after this.carbs and sugar.lack of vege and fruits.JUST GREAT.


why am I doing all of this?I mean,dieting etc...
well,I need to watch my weight.since coming here to Japan,I had put on 10kilos.I was at my heaviest last year.well,last year`s summer,eating everything that I can eat.full course meal twice a day -full course including desserts- drinking sodas all the time.

this year,I made myself to watch everything that goes into my mouth.and my weight dropped a lil bit.I am aiming for my high school days` weight. damn missed those days.where my metabolism was high-twice now kot.bapak active dulu- and I can eat all day long without hestitation.my BMI was around 18 that time.

I`ve got around,erm....5KG to shed.hopefully,I managed all the kilos.I am not a fan of crash diets of weird2 one like eating only apples or vege.and I love eating.

ok...already got my milk~ yay~~~
-I`ve a mild lactose intolerant.so I am expecting a bad case of stomachache after this...
stomachache=toilet visit increasing=fluid loses
aaaaa~~~


my english are getting worsen each day.sorry!

erm erm...tiket,kalo MAS,rm3K jugak la...
accomodation,tgk la.nak dok hotel mahal,mahal la.kalo ada tempat tuk crash,murah la.
foods?kalau xkisah nak makan xtentu arah,murah aja.tapi kalau nak makan gourmet...hahahahaha....
tapi,kan dtg jepun nak makan roti aja kan?dtg sini kenalah makan authentic japanese foods
kena consider tiket train,tiket bas.nak pegi mana.cth la,tokyo ke osaka nak pegi nek apa.
souvenirs lagi?
etc etc.....
rm5K keatas maybe?

I ve got this mild lactose intolerant so I have been avoiding dairy products.xmau bloating...

hebatnye dpt maintain ur diet. aku kunun2 nk diet2. x diet2 gak. tambah2 bapak aku kureng paham yg aku nk kuruskn badan. tiap2 ari ade je beli kuih2 petang2. mmg sah nk suruh aku gemok.

aku pn rindu zmn remaje :( aku x ingat bape BMI aku tp yg aku tau berat bdn aku time tu ideal, 49kg with 0% fat. pegi je uk naik 10kg. cissssss.......

aku pn rase kurangkn mkn nasi, blh kurus. so ko ganti ape kalo x mkn nasi? mkn roti je ke? x muak?

terpaksa maintain.kalo x,cair taik telinga aku kena kutuk balik nanti.xsanggup~~~~

UK byk chocs sedap2...sini...byk makanan sedap2...tempura(minyak minyak) nasi jepun (kanji kanji) etc...
10 KG?huhu...same ler...aku pun naik dkt 10KG jugak.-_-'

aku pakai 1 cara yang aku baca.pinggan kan,1/2 buh sayur,fruits.1/4 carbo n the rest,protein.
tgk la aku nak makan ape ari tu.udon ke,spageti ke,roti ke,bubur nasi ke,tofu ke,buah k...aku campur2.xd makan roti memanjang ke spageti memanjang.muak.
1 lagi kan,try kunyah lama2.40kali kunyah tuk every suapan.it HELP! seriously.
aku start PE tuk sem ni.n sensei aku tu,jns paksa kitaorg main betul2.so thanks to sensei tu la sbb paksa ktorg berlari melompat macam dak kecik....

wahhh bagus tu care ko bahagi pinggan, aku pn nk try la. aku kalo mkn kat uk, x sah kalo x penuh 1 pinggan and BERAT!

p/s: uk x dela byk sgt cekelat sdp2. aku slalu mkn snickers, kit kat, and ntah ape ntah lagik yg jenama cadbury. dh le tu cekelat vending machine kat bwh flat je. kalo kul 1am craving nk mkn cekelat, sanggup tu turun kuar gi beli. mane x gemok.. x blh tahan daya nafsu...haisssh.
